I know these shift knobs are quite expensive but Im a big fan of TWM. I've accumulated a small collection of their shift knobs over the years and the threaded core system they use means I can transfer them between my different cars. I tested the M1 Abrams on my Mz5. I like the Abram because it sits the lowest. The shorter leverage makes play in the shifter a little bit stiffer while also reducing the throw, but at the same time the added weight makes shifting itself a bit easier. There is a small gap between the boot and the knob, so it doesn't sit completely flush. Overall Im very happy with this easy mod.
uhhh... Im not sure why the jpg is rotated on it's side.
