TurboSmart DualPort question

Hey guys, quick question! My stock bpv recently stopped working and I decided to upgrade
Went with a turbo smart dual port bov/bpv. I am running the valve full recirculated. My question is That I notice I flutter before i reach boost or so it seems. I hear it flutter in any gear at 3k rpms. Is that normal? The valve is on its hardest setting. I have extra shims.

Yes the piston closes and opens freely.
I'm running cork sport intercooler pipes, stock boost, 2.5 inch cat back, boost gauge sits at -21.

When does it flutter? If it flutters when you press in the clutch to switch gears then yes, its working just fine. If it flutters while you're giving it throttle than no.

It only flutters between shifts. Not while my foot is on the pedal. All I notice is that it flutters more than my stock one did.

On the flip side the car idles better now.

you may have it set to tight. it should have little to no flutter between shifts.
