True Red FMIC Install PG Pipes Custom Intercooler

So I bought a PG FMIC pip kit off a member on here figured i would put up some pictures. After 2 days of trying to figure out how to mount the intercooler we figured it out and it turned out pretty nice. Also had a s*** ton of hang ups do to the wrong Tbolt clamps missing 3 silicone couplers pretty much was a to good to be true transaction with another forum member. Any how back to the FMIC install so glad i did this!

It Begins..

Had to move around a few hoses and shorten my bpv hose by about 2in

Had to Remove AC bracket

I took a angle grinder and removed bottom part of support beam and opened up enough room to mount my 30 x 9 x 2.75 intercooler

Drilled holes in support beam to mount intercooler

bottom holes in support beam made them big enough to fit the intercooler mounts into them to raise the intercooler up highenough to make clearance on bumper

Used m8 x1.25 110mm bolts drilled holes thru support beam screwed down through beam into bolt holes on intercooler

Bats were around 20 differnce

That is a ridiculously clean engine bay. Now you just need to remove the TMIC studs.
