Threw a rod last night in my MSP

I'm having trouble finding a low mile msp engine on the web, or one at at all for that matter. Please could anybody help me here.

you can buy a regular 2.0L engine out of a 01-03 sedan/protege5 and swap over all the turbo parts. only difference is youll need to either tap the oil pan for the oil return line for the turbo. or use your main bearing support plate (if it is not damaged at all) from your old engine. since it already is tapped from the factory for the oil return. no need to specificlly look for an engine out of a MSP.

junkyard fs-de, get it machined and swap good parts to the donar. might as well go forged while you're at it.

I saw a true MSP motor on ebay for $2k! As stated find a JY FSDE out of any 01-03 Protege. 626 2.0L is the same, stick with the 01-02 models.

U can always check speed circuit or crossover for parts

that's what I'm doing now pulled a fsde out of a pro in the yard 60000miles on it but I'm tapping in the mbsp
