K so I have always ran tanabe springs on my cars and would like to continue. Ive been reading and can only find one guy who seems to be running the tanabe gf210 springs on there MS6. I will be running bilsteins or koni's so I am just wonder will the ride be smooth with less body roll or should i just get the H&R and be done. And will i need any camber kits to get a good alignment afterwords? Thanx in advance.

Not much I can say about the springs, only that I know H&R has a pretty nice low drop. 1.4 front and 1.3 rear, I believe. I got RPM springs and they give a minimal but noticeable drop. It's still low enough that when i go over certain speed bumps I can hear my exhaust scraping it a little. But you should get SPC ball joints once you get your springs to adjust the camber in the front then get an alignment immediately.

Go H&R, Tanabes aren't designed for the MS6. You won't need camber plates, but you might want to invest in adj. ball joints for the ability to adjust front camber.
