I'am wanting to do some upgrades on my p5 what kind of struts and springs are good and what are the best to get,I dont want to do colilovers?and what is a good intake to get? let me know thanks?(mj)

Use the SEARCH Button!!lol. Seriously though, for suspension, depends on what your looking to do with the car. If its just going to be your daily driver, if your going to track it whether its auto-X or just straight track like NASA. You would want a stiffer spring if that was the case. I have skunk2 racing lowering springs. They are ok but in my honest opinion, i wish i wouldnt have gone the srping route.
Springs are good for dd imo but when you want that multiple use type spring that can be used for dd and be set up for racing as well, coilovers are your answer.
As far as intakes, several options include cold air, short ram and others. Cold air in general when entering the engine burns better because the molecules are closer together, so if your in a climate with colder weather go with a cold air intake. CAI is set lower towards the ground sucking in the colder air. SRI is set in the engine bay where the air is warm. usually you would go with short ram as both CAI an SRI produce similar amount of power so you can go either way, whatever floats your boat. I have a few links for you to look at.

-Info on the difference between CAI verse SRI.

I was wondering about this too. I just want lower, about 2" if that's possible to tuck the wheels in, then basically the same ride as stock. Am I dreaming?

i have megan racing springs..i was given these because my cousin works for megan racing and i test new ones out...new ones have better ride not so much stiffness

its the stiffer the better the handling right? lol i was just wondering just in case theres something more tuned for our car

same setup here and its awesome. the springs are linear in the front and progressive in the rear though. i ride the struts a little stiffer than what the tokico blues are at but it feels great.
