Steering wheel problem..help?

Hey guys..I have noticed a small knock in my steering wheel while turning..or just taking off..or slowing down and turning. Its really hard to explain without seeing in person.
I was hoping someone could guide me in the right direction of what it could be.

Its doesnt really make a sound..its just a quick knock that i can feel while holding the steering wheel...

Try extending/telescoping your steering wheel in and out a few times (the lever under the wheel). There was a TSB for something like that.
