Sqeaking!

Everytime I step on the gas, I get a small sqeaking sound, it seems to go away, but then when I am at a full stop, I step on the gas and it sounds like the tranny is rattling? any ideas?

Tightened the belts, still doing it.

Spray some lubricant all over the springs that clamp the J-pipe to the exhaust.

The rattling could be a heat shield.
