Saw it in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Buford. Snapped a pic of it. It was around lunchtime. Looked like it had the radio wire issue because the face was down and stuck. That used to be all too familiar to me. I got the vin# so I'll check the production number in a bit but anyone on here?
