Spark plugs for CX-9 2016 Turbo AWD?

It's time to replace the spark plug in my CX9 2016. 70,000km.
I don't find the model or SKU in the manual.

Can somebody share the SKU of the spark plugs?

This is something we can do ourselves (replacement) or this needs to be done by a certified Mazda repair center or agency?
