2002 Protege ES 2.0L automatic 80,000 km
After being parked outside for over 2 years with intermittent drives around the country block for battery charge, fluid circulation, and all the rest, I'm trying to get the old girl back on the road.
The car is working fine, drives fine, the alternator and battery are good but some electrical systems are not working.
So far as I've been able to determine the stereo is not operational and the emissions test fellow said my OBD computer was not working.
Dash instruments are working including LCD display, climate control is working (except possibly the a/c which is entirely possible), the lights are all working, the stereo relay is fine...
I also replaced a main microprocessor fuse to no avail.
Any experience with this problem of specific system failures?
