Sky engine getting 70+mpg

Is already being sold in japan if you read up, 70.6mpg and look at the cool guages as well as a technical guage you can barely see kind of like a prius, and who couldnt miss the new touchscreen stereo.....wonder if those items make it to the US spec version next year (or so).

That's with the 1.3L. Do you want an 80hp car? Not exactly NADM market stuff.

You never know, now with credit downgraded and gas still expensive..who knows. Even if they do make the 1.6 or 1.7 for the US, youre looking at 55ish is my guess.

I think a skyactiv 2.0 In the mazda 2 would be great for the American Market. Just as good gas mileage with 1 and a half times the power we have now....

The 2.0L SkyActiv-G should be coming in the facelifted Mazda3 next year. Not sure about all the interior goodies, though.
