I bought an Eclipse CD3000, with an external Sirius tuner/reciever and the Eclipse iPC106 (integrates the iPod with the Eclipse head unit). It seems like there's no room to install anything in the P5, but I know I'm just not being creative enough with thinking about a solution. Any of you have any suggestions where to put the Sirius reciever and the iPC106? My current idea is to put them under the passenger seat.
That brings up another problem -- there's what I am guessing is the airbag wire under the seat, which I'd like to disconnect to have some more room to work. It's a small yellow wire with a plug on the end, and hooks up to another plug that goes up into the seat. Any problems with disconnecting that temporarily?
As I have said before, I know pretty much next to nothing about working on this car (or any other, for that matter!) and want to avoid screwing anything up.
