Can't you just save the image as a jpeg or gif? I'm not familiar with paint shop pro, but as long as you have either one of those, you should be good.

upload in your control panel and post the link in IMG tags in your sig.

oh in the control panel, go to edit sig, use the insert image button, it should say "img" then you put the url (where it is on the web) then the close image tag and shazam

yea you cant have it locally (on your pc) it has to be in the internet.
