serious alarm problem!

I have a 2002 and I am having some serious problems. The car has 63.5K miles.

The alarm is not deactivating all the way sometimes when I press the unlock on the keyless entry.

once the door is opened the alarm goes off and it takes an act of god to turn it off

It's a factory alarm.

Could it be a chip!!! I have no idea, help!!!!!

Has anyone ever had this problem, I am still having it! Is there a thread somewhere on how to deactivate factory alarms?

i know how to fix this....get a viper 791VX alarm system lol

i have no idea considering i dont have an alarm on my p5.
