Retractible cargo cover for 2016 CX-9

Does anyone have this cargo cover for the 2016?

My dealer's parts department lists it for $325. This eBay vendor has it for $270. It's OEM from Mazda even though it's not listed or depicted anywhere on Mazda's website or in the accessories lists of most online Mazda parts outlets. We'd like to have a cargo cover but are unsure about this one and how it installs, especially for the price. It appears to work only with the 3rd row down, and it's rear attachment points appear to require eliminating the grocery bag hooks. Anybody have any thoughts or experience?

Yes, it does eliminate the rear grocery bag hooks.
The cover itself stows beneath the rear floor when not in use.
