protege5 headlights to sedan headlights how to?

i hit a deer and the protege5 lights are really expensive i can get the sedan headlights much cheaper can someone give me a write up on how to switch over the wiring safely

Very simple headlights Proteg5 have 4 son, 2 positive and 2 power setting has negative mass!

Have connected 1 of 2 alimentaton positive on the center connector of the bulb and connect the 2 up to ground connectors on each side of the bulb!

Over the remaining power is condemned it is useless and does not connect with the other food!
