did you ever stop to think that maybe from the front doors forward all the proteges are nearly the same? guess what, what works for other 3rd gen proteges will work for you. if you've got a standard, there is a gromet above the clutch pedal that you can poke a hole through and use to run the wire. i'd recomend that one because it keeps the power wire as short as possible. there is another gromet on the passenger side that also works well.
