Hi all,
I will probably need to change the belts of my 2002 ES, she has ca 135K miles.
But today I looked at one of the alternator bolts I need to loosen. For the lower bolt, I need to get under the car and can put a wrench on the bolt, but it seems that there is no space to swing it. What can I do?
I am an amateur with hand tools, no compressed air.
I have a feeling Mazda designed the car to go to the dealer/mechanic for anything.
Also, to turn the adjustment bolt on the alternator it looks that I have to take something out of the way, I don't know the name of that "something", but here is a link from someone else who replaced the alternator.

Any comments?
Thanks, Neko
