Here are some CX-7 pictures that I took at the 2006 Montreal Auto show a few weeks ago. I forgot I took them. The platform was moving so the shots are not excellent. Enjoy
Nice pics...You caught a lot of interesting angles...I can get a good idea of how the CX-7 really looks now...I like the rear...Seems like the CX-7 will lend itself well to some aftermarket mods...A bit of a drop and rim change should bring out more of the CX-7's performance oriented styling...
Those were all the pics I took. The CX-7 and a Mazda3 sport edition were both on a rotory design platform that was moving. You couldn't reach the cars. The CX-7 was probably 6-7 feet away at the closest point and it was also like 5 ft above the ground. Thats why you don't see people around it. At the montreal auto show for many years now all the concepts and cars that will soon be out are restricted from sitting inside they are kept locked. Except for the Honda Fit which debuted in Montreal for NA we were allowed to sit and explore it.
For those of you that have actually seen it in the shows, could you describe the size relative to other vehicles? I'm having a hard time imagining the size of the CX-7 given the numbers from Mazda and pictures. Is it comparable to the other CUV's? I'm a heavy set person (230lbs) and I'm wondering if this is something that I'd like to get into. Any comments would be appreciated.
