ok. mazda called.. car IS being covered underwarranty.. no hassles... no nothing.. im really very happy with the service mananger at the dealer i went to.. looks lik eill be without a car till friday / next tuesday.. BUT.. when i get it back.. brand new spanking tranny.. so im happy

they will not replace with new tranny, it will be remanufactured tranny.(rant)
