Oxygen Sensor Replacement

Hi to all,
I own a 2003 Mazda 6s. Best purchase I've ever made, in six years this current issue is the biggest problem I've encountered. Within the last week I've learned that one of my Oxygen sensors is bad. Apparently it is Sensor 1 located in Bank 2. Is this located on the driver or passenger's side? Before or after catalytic converter? Any input would be greatly appreciated. By the way, love all the content I'm seeing.

sensor one is the closest to the Exhaust manifold or on the exhaust manifold.

Sensor 2 is down stream past the cat.
