Hey Everyone! I joined the forum for some major help! I will explain.
My Son just bought his first car, a 2000 Mazda Protege SE, he had limited funds and this is what he bought. It has 240,000 Kilometers on it but, it is in great shape. He's not a racer so it was a good choice.
Well we thought it was. He hasn't even put on 50 Kilometers on it and, the engine sized!! SUCKS!!
So what are the options to get it on the road for as little money pain as possible.
What are the engine that can be swapped, with out any modifications to the existing car?
This Mazda has the 1.8L engine.
Any help form any of you would be gratefully appreciated.
