Hi im looking for some advise and or to here what other people have done for rim and tire size on there Mazda Pro5. I'm looking to buy new rims and sumer tires for my car. I think that I can go to a 18' rim and a lower profile tire with out doing any mods to the car. Can anyone let me know what they have done and offer any advise that they might have on this topic. Thanks

I think a P5 on 18's that's not lowered is gonna look like a 4x4. Drop that puppy! :D

For an 18 inch rim, look for +48 offset and a 40-series tire at the most.
Here's a pic my P5 on 18x7.5s:

Check out the rim/tire/suspension subforum.

There are also tons of pics, there are a few "show us you're rims" threads too.

There is also a wheel/tire fitment guide stickied in the rim/tire/suspension subforum

On my P5 I have TSW RIB 18x7 with Falken 215/35/18 tires. The wheels are a 45 offset but they are 7" not 7.5". This helps because I never rub and my car is lowered with Eibach Pro springs.

Thanks
