there are a few programs out there that will allow you to trace ANY IP...the trick is you have to KNOW what the IP is....in this board..only the Mods or Admins have access to see what the IP is....however....believe it or not.....even YOU have the capability to trace an ip....if you had the number...that is if you are running Win98 or earlier....its an old DOS trick....and it works, but all it will give you is the actual DOMAIN name of the IP after it traces it....then all you have to do is obtain the address to that domain. As in the business address....and IF you really needed to prosecute that person...with the Company information...and that IP....you can do a positive ID on the individual that has that account....just depends on how far you want to go with it.
