Neutral Switch and Fuel Tank Pressure

My check engine light is going off because of the Neutral Switch and the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor. Anyone have experience with these codes? I cleared the computer and the codes went away for a day or two. Now they're back.

Is the Neutral switch the clutch pedal switch or is there some other switch in the transmission? Where is the fuel tank pressure sensor?
