Well, if you guys know him. Give him a call and tell him that if I do not get either my sub/amp I bought or my money back in 7 days that I will file criminal charges. I have his current license plate number and am working on his address, which isn't too difficult. I have enough evidence here to bust his ass wide open. So, kindly let him know...thanks.

once again, some help "nudging" him to give me my money back or letting him know that he will be facing criminal charges in 6 days would be very helpful.
