Hi all,

Just like to say thanks for all the help i've gotten from you guys with this car. I bought a used turbo off ebay and am in the process of taking the old one off and ran into a small snag.

If you look at the pictures I attached how do you guys get this bolt off? There is a steel braided line that goes into the metal pipe which sits ontop of the turbo.

Thanks!

I used a regular wrench forgot which size but it just takes a little patience to slowly work it off while the wrench is bumping each side of the turbo housing

7/16 wrench is what you need. You can only get small turns out of it because of the room you have to work with. But it doesn't take much until you can loosen it the rest of the way by hand

You can use a flare wrench probably the right tool for it, last time I used regular wrench, but it takes time to do it. I don't remember the size.
