Need help with a part, please.

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me the name of this part or what it's called? It is a piece made of plastic that is attached to the headlights where the front bumper clips into. It's attached to the headlight via a phillip screw. Mine had broken off, thanks for the help.

If I buy new headlight assembly will that piece come with it, since it's attached to it?

After some researched, I found out what they're called and the part numbers for them. Just incase someone else out there is also looking for some. Here are the part numbers:
Headlamp assembly bracket
Left side: B30D510B7A
Right side: B30D510A7A
