Sounds bad on the video but it could be an exhaust leak from the mani also the heat shield vibrates and amplifies this. Remove the heat shield and make another video.
Update: took off the turbo and found that the wastegate was not closing all the way,just a hair away from flush causing the weird noise.
Adjusted the forge wastegate arm and tighting down, no play now.
Oh and I found out that I have a good turbo! No shaft play
