Need HELP figure out how to get it started!

My Mazda protege 5 cranks over just doesn't fire off. Everything worked a few weeks ago. Replaced crankshaft sensor and still nothing. There is a little fuel in the lines, fuel pump isn't kicking on. Was told it was with the wiring probably that leads to fuel pump. The blue wire on coil packs are reading 12v. I'm not sure what is supposed to read what please help.
