NAV only good for 1 state?

Hi. I'm in MASS. Navigation had worked fine until I tried entering an address in Newport, RI. No go. No addresses found. Realized it only had Massachusetts locations.

So... Used the toolbox app to update the card. Said an update for North America was available. Loaded it and went to test it and I'm still only able to search on Massachusetts locations.

Am I missing something obvious?

You need to change your state. The built in nav is cumbersome with this regard. Had the same issue when I tried to input a New Jersey address while in Pennsylvania.
