As you can see, Tony has been watching the Back To The Future series on HBO way to much. He even installed a flux capacitor in the cobra just for this run.

I guess everyone here is a drag racer... Do you all feel the same about your Mazdas? I have always liked the combination of speed and handling.

This is my National Solo and Pro solo winning 98' Cobra. It has 36K miles and was purchased new as a racecar! I do track events also on the off season and instruct at 3 local race tracks in the summer.

Not everyday you see a track driven mustang...especially on these forums but I dig it! Must be an entertaining challenge to make the most of all the monster hp/tq on the track...although I bet it helps to have those insane meats you've got on all 4 corners!

It does help! She will do 4.4 0-60 and pull 1.33 G's autocrossing, 1.45 G's in braking, thus the very supportive seats. They allow you to stop "gripping" the steering wheel and drive with a fine touch so you can feel what the car is doing.

No, not everyone. I am building my '66 Mustang in a Pro-Touring form. It'll be quick, but it will be primarily used for Autocross and open track days.

Mustangs are like Tampons: there are a million of them out there and every p*ssy has one. :)

(stooges)

Did you know that over 90% of Mustangs made since 1985 are still on the road? The other 10% made it home :)

I love the smell of smack in the evening....
