Hey everybody, my msp ate cylinder 4s piston ring!! So with very little research I've discovered the msp engine to be, we'll, just junk city. So that being said I've taken the initial steps to find a new fairly easy engine swap for a moderate price. 07 ms3 2.3t. Now the axles are off engines out just a pit remains. Has anyone had any experience with this swap before? If so can you help me out, wtf do I do where do I start. The ecu? I know I'll need basically a new front-end, does that include steer column, someone help me out because I'm in the black and need a hard push in the right direction as to how far I need to go. A list of part and some good methods in which to obtain them. I'm near Ottawa Ontario. I've done full swaps before, only on 2 civics, both in had to swap brakes, axles, ecu, tyranny the whole 9 yards. So to recap.... msp--->ms3 what's the steps I need to take??
