I used this knob for a few years, but replaced it with a mazdaspeed protege one. Still in good shape. The color scheme matches the black protege interior perfectly. These go for $80-100 on ebay. You can have this for $40 shipped - OBO.
It uses 3 small set screws to attach to an metal shifter. Apply some thread lock and you are done.
