I'm interested in the intake and tip. Did you run either set up?

I only ran the Injen and never had any problems. I picked up the Mazdaspeed CAI used on these forums. Early on there where more AP maps from Cobb for the MS CAI and none for the Injen CAI. The MS CAI had it's share of issues when it first came out and that is what the air straightener piece was for. Honestly I ran the Injen with all these parts and a Cobb DP and my 2008 ran flawless.........never had a reason the swap to the MS CAI.
