Thanks for the update DocMagoo. Confirms what I've seen. Cool.

I note your comment about tinting and the AC being too cool...what temp did you have it set at? I don't have any tinting, and have wondered how much difference it would make.

We had it set for most of the time at 19 deg C to about 17.5 at it's lowest. We just pointed the vents upwards of the ceiling to direct the cool air high first and it seemed to do the trick...so not really sure why the bad rap from some on 2006 MZ5 A/C?

Well my co-worker asked me today if my heater was on shortly after getting in the car with my AC cranked. The manual AC 06's are weak as Ive had 2, the 08=hella better with the addition of rear air and auto AC.
