I disagree... i think nates right, most people would look at your car and see it as unfinished. I got plenty of looks in my protege with very few asthetic mods.

that being said, to each his own. i would hope you are modding ur car for your own satisfaction rather than to please people on this board (or elsewhere). so if you like it, then who cares what we have to say?

I put my MSP kit on a year before my suspension was done. The wheel gap sucked, but it worked and I was able to save up to do the suspension right. I felt my car looked cheap without the kit and wanted to do that first.

well, to be fair, the only "appearance" mod I've done is changing out the wheels, and that was only because I got a great deal on them

I do want to lower the car, but I'm not even sure how long I'm keeping the miata
