I'm pretty sure that they send you the packages if you take the time to fill out those stupid surveys they send you in the mail. I filled them out and got the packages about 2 weeks later.

I first went to Mazda South, but the salesman there was a total sleeze ball.
Went to Premier Mazda in Georgetown, and got awsome service, and a much better deal (And car)

I just got it Saturday, so I don't have a care package yet.

In the past couple of days I have received 2, that's rights, two, care packages from Mazda. I got my MazdaSpeed package congratulating me on my purchase plus a snazzy Protege Welcome package shaped like a steering wheel with a bunch of marketing materials.
The best part is both packages came with touch-up paint!
