Back again huh. So who do we write to to get this thing squashed? I've said it before but I'll say it again. I am against any bill that excludes motorcycles since they are by far louder than anything else on the road. Furthermore, some vehicles come with louder exhausts than others and last I checked, a police officer wasn't in the position to determine whether an exhaust is in fact stock or not.... Ok, cherry bombs and glass packs are pretty obvious but there is a blurred line between a factory WRX STI exhaust and most peformance aftermarket exhausts for tuner cars.
