Looking for overhead DVD player installation instructions

Does anybody have the instructions for installing the Mazda OEM DVD player? Once it gets warm Ill be buying an overhead DVD Player, probably the Alpine, and will be installing it myself.

If I have the Mazda instructions it will make the installation of the aftermarket one that much easier.

Mazda has instructions on how to install their DVD players, instructions that the mechanics follow. As an example, here are the instructions for installing an entertainment system in a Honda Odyssey:

That's what I'm looking for, those clear step-by-step instructions. And as a side note, I love those dark red leather seats that irobbercht has.

So why not just buy the install kit from mazda?

Because it's about $150 and the kit itself is something I don't need and probably wouldn't be able to use because I won't be installing an OEM DVD player.

I just need the instructions that come with it, that would tell me which wires to tap into, where to cut the hole in the headliner, how to run any needed wires, how to dismantle what needs to be taken apart, etc.

If anybody is interested, attached are the instructions for the Sport model (no sunroof).

I won't be putting in a roof mounted DVD player now though I guess it's possible in the future.
