It definitely sounds like some wires are crossed somewhere.

soooo i havent found the boost leak. but!!! seems the DTC's were caused by 1 of the cam shaft sensor plugs being not all the way in and i guess the torottle body wasnt reading correctly ebcause the ignition was turned on when the wires were unplugged. so thats that. just gotta check that boost leak.
