Keyless Windows down issue

I just got my 2010 CX-9 Touring and have not been able to get the windows to role down with the remote. I have read the manual a couple of times. If I follow the instuctions for locking and rolling up the windows with the 'request button' on the door handle it works fine. I use the remote to unlock the doors. Press once to unlock driver's door, then again (and hold) to unlock all other doors and roll down the windows and open the moonroof. The open the windows and moonroof part is not working. Any thoughts?

Found the problem

It was user error. I was use to my Ford F150 where you have to wait a couple of seconds between the first and second press of the unlock button. If you don't, the other locks didn't unlock. Well on my CX-9 I figured out that you have to press the buttons quickly, once and then twice and hold. The windows down feature then worked correctly. Thanks for the input.
