I need pointers on how to take off side moldings

Took me about a half hour too I did it last summer it was around 100 that day and took a hair dryer outside just to help get it started...

Either use a hair dryer or wait for a hot day. It saves (I guess) hours.

Oh and there is already like 5 threads about this.

Perhaps I'll start a thread on using the SEARCH button at the top of the page.

i took them off with dental floss on a really hot day and there was no residue :] took like 10 mins total :]

on a warm day, just start pulling. slowly. dont "yank"! any remaining residue is easily taken off with goo gone and a quick wash
