I have a question about the airbag light...

For the past few days now I noticed that my airbag light on the dash would just start blinking for a while then stop. It happens any time during the day or night. Has this happened to anyone else, or would anyone know what is going on?

Yeah I have that going on too. Is it a steady burn of the light, or a sequence of flashes?

Mine is three slow flashes followed by 7 quick ones. that is code 37, for the passenger air bag. 27 would be for the drives side. once you Identify which side has the issues check the wiring underneath the seats for wiggle issues. sometimes mine goes off when a water bottle or the floor mats get stuck up under there.

a steady burn indicates a problem that needs to be checked out by a dealer.

Just be sure to disconnect the battery and let it sit for 30 minutes before messing with the air bags!
