2002 Protege SE
Hi - new member here with what I'm expecting is a dumb question. My drivers side rear door on my 2002 Protege SE has some dents and I found a perfect door in the right color to swap it with. Only four bolts and a plug for the power door lock / window wiring so dead easy right? There is green dot in the middle of the electrical plug that needs to be removed and logic would say push it in and it should release the plug cover so I can remove the door, bolt on the new one and plug in the new wiring plug cover. Unfortunately, it apparently is not that easy as I can't figure out how to get the electrical plug cover off. I'm guessing the green dot is part of the solution but it does not seem to move on the old door or new one. Can anyone let me know what he trick is? Thanks, John
