You can't. The shapes and adjustments do not allow it. I carry long items and the best I have been able to manage is the following process. Drop the rear seat back. Move the front seat fully forward (which on the power seat also causes the seat bottom to rise - a good thing). Drop the front seat back sufficiently to allow the removal of the headrest. Remove the headrest. Continue dropping the seat back to the maximum allowed by the mechanism. This arrangement will give you the most fore/aft space for long items.
The process is the same for the manually operated front passenger seat, but because the seat bottom does not rise as it moves forward the geometry of the front/rear seats does not allow the seat back to recline as flat.
