HKS Hi-Power exhaust Questions or Concern?

I found a seller for HKS Hi-Power Exhaust with silencer for my Protege 5, and I was wondering whether this exhaust is good/bad? Actually, Im not sure if it is worth getting an exhuast.

What would be the pros and cons of getting an exhuast like this?
