Just that. I'm looking for suggestions on what short throw shift kit to buy for my ms6. Already have a cold air intake. But I don't know who makes a good quality shifter kit. Anyone wanna chime in and help me?

late response, but a simple google search on "Mazdaspeed6 short shifter kit" reveals a wealth of info.
Of the three that i know of that show up in the search...

James Barone Racing (JBR), Short Shift Plate Kit- http://www.jamesbaroneracing.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=40_98
Corksport, Short Shift Plate Kit - http://www.corksport.com/corksport-mazdaspeed-short-shift-plate.html
TWM, Complete Short Shifter Kit - http://www.twmperformance.com/shortshifters/mazdashortshifters/mazdaspeed6shortshifters.htm

I personally use the JBR SSP and it has been pretty nice for less than 50% cost of a full SS kit. It shifts a bit rough sometimes, so you can opt to manually adjust the shift linkage for smoother gate alignment for better shifting once you install the plate. If you do this (i did) remember to sharpey mark the original OEM adjustment before you change anything.

So after a few weeks of driving with the jbr stage three kit installed on the car I really love it. I would recommend it to anyone

Looks like I'm a bit too late, but I went with the TWM Stage II and love the reduction in throw and height. I'd even go shorter if I did it over again I think.
