mine's gonna be a lot more than $165 though because my header is much longer (anbd because they're going to have to get all that carbon buildup off).

They said $165 for a 4 cylinder header. It may be only $20 more for the acid wash to clean it up inside & out.

i'll get skipped on the lifetime warranty though, wouldn't i because they didn't get to coat it before it started deteriorating from the exhaust gases?
